From jeep safaris through canyon landscapes and horse riding through forest trails to island-hopping on the Aegean Sea and a mountain-top dinner at 1,800m above sea level, this retreat offers the perfect balance of excitement, culture, and mental recharge.

Your safety is our top priority. We recommend all participants purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, flight cancellations, lost personal belongings and adventure activities. Travel Insurance can be obtained for as low as £10 per trip.

All participants must inform the team of any medical conditions or allergies before the trip. Detailed safety briefings and activity-specific guidance will be provided ahead of each activity.

We understand that paying for a trip all at once isn't always ideal. That's why we offer two payment options:

1. Pay in full at the time of booking

   or

2. Spread the cost over 3 instalments (halal, interest free).

During the retreat, there may be some out-of-pocket expenses incurred beyond what's included in the package. To keep things transparent and hassle-free, we'll manage these using a shared group pot or an expense-splitting app (e.g. Splitwise), details will be shared before departure.

Examples of shared expenses may include:

• Restaurant bills – Group lunches or dinners not included in the package

• Snacks & drinks – Picked up during travel days or day trips

• Taxis – Any shared group taxis during free time or unplanned travel

• Deposit: Upon registration, a non-refundable £99 deposit is required to secure your accommodation, transportation, and essential services.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made on or before 31 July 2026 will receive a full refund minus the deposit (£99). Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable due to non-recoverable vendor costs.

• Transfers: If you cancel after 31 July 2026 and are unable to receive a refund, you may transfer your spot to another participant provided they are the same gender and meet all retreat eligibility requirements. Bookings are non-transferable to other Trips or dates.

An energising day of nature, adventure, and unforgettable coastal views

• Morning: Horse riding safari through scenic countryside and forest trails.

A slower-paced day to reflect, recharge, and end the day with a mountain-top dinner above the clouds.

• Morning: Free time at the beach club or optional Turkish hammam spa, followed by Jumuah salah at a local mosque.

• Afternoon: Ride the Babadağ Cable Car above the coastline for spectacular panoramic views of the Ölüdeniz Blue Lagoon.

• Evening: Enjoy a sunset mountain-top dinner at 1,800m above sea level, surrounded by the clouds and mountains.

Spend a full day on the water or by the coast - your day to relax, recharge, and soak in the final moments before a farewell dinner together.

• Option to join the 12 Islands Boat Tour (add-on) — a full-day cruise exploring hidden islands and crystal-clear bays along the Turquoise Coast, with stops to snorkel, swim, and enjoy a Turkish lunch onboard.

• Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing day at a beach club on the Ölüdeniz Blue Lagoon or soak up the sun by the hotel pool.

• Evening: Come together for a farewell dinner in Fethiye Old Town to close out the retreat.
